Cancellation and Refund Policy
Issues with orders due to sellers fault:
- If there is a problem with the accuracy of the item and we catch it we will communicate with the buyer to ask for next steps.
- If buyer chooses to cancel the order, the seller will now have to pay two label costs, one for the shipping to us, one for the shipping back, and any associated cancellation fees.
- In the case of cancellation from buyer due to sellers fault (damage to keyboard, item not matching description, etc.) we DO NOT hold items in our warehouse so sellers can wait for them to sell.
